Ilocos Norte is the bulwark of the Marcos clan. Most of its sights are dedicated to the legacy of the Marcos family. Some of it, though, are natural wonders as well as Hispanic. Here are some sites of Ilocos Norte
Called the Malacanang of the North, this was the Marcoses'
summer palace and consequently has been
used by succeeding presidents as vacation spots
The Marcos house in Batac, is largely off-limits to
to the public; and no cameras are allowed in the
adjoining Marcos mausoleum (housing Marcos' remains)
